AN OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE
Valparaiso's recent nomination as patrimony
of humanity recognizes the attributes of the city - port of our
commune. Aware of this condition, Empresa Portuaria Valparaíso
has promoted a great project for the city: the Water Front transformation.
This initiative has already been put in motion with the opening
of the Baron's Quay Pedestrian Walk and the Passenger Terminal.

¿What does the project consist
of?
The transformation of a 20 hectares
area in the Baron sector of Port Valparaiso. There, a new neighborhood
will be integrated to the Almendral, that will allow the citizens
of Valparaiso to permanently enjoy their closeness to the sea.
These new areas will supply the community with hotels, convention
centers, restaurants, pubs, shopping stores, infrastructure for
sports and multiple cultural manifestations.
The people of Valparaiso won't ever
be separated from the Water Front.

its residents enjoy?

will occupy 60% of the space |
